Tally Marks is a luxury leather maison founded in 2020 by Tarek Waked, a Lebanese multidisciplinary designer whose life quest is the creation of beauty, and the beauty of creation. The brand ethos revolves around crafting gender fluid high-quality accessories that morph into a second skin and infuse every look.

A practicing architect, interior decorator, and fine artist, Tarek imbues TM with his unique sense of structure, texture, and style. TM’s core aesthetic derives from an inspired perspective of reconstituting classic fetish wear into everyday life, bringing the wearer a sense of empowerment and sensuality.

The brand developed out of our signature piece: the Holster bag™. Combining happenstance, innovation, and an eye for detail, the Holster Bag was born as an antidote to 21st-century woes of conflating work and play and trying to be everywhere at once.

Turned off by the disconnect brought about by the anonymity of global production, Waked founded Tally Marks out of dedication to bring back craftsmanship to design, translating our neo-fetish aesthetics into goods that highlight material quality and artisanal knowledge. Crossing the nations and borders of expertise (Tarek divides his time between Lebanon and Italy), our designs incorporate the finest Italian leathers with gold/silver plated accessories. They are hand-crafted in the heart of Beirut by talented artisans, perpetuating centuries of know-how.
